SecureCRT

SecureCRT, developed by VanDyke Software, is a secure terminal emulator. The software, used to establish secure connections to remote servers, is used by computer professionals such as network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists.

Initially developed for Windows, followed by macOS and Linux, SecureCRT was developed and released as a telnet client and terminal emulator. SecureCRT software aims to simplify session management, save time, and simplify repetitive tasks. Aimed at increasing productivity for professionals, the software allows you to securely perform many tasks, such as remote access and file transfers.

Providing robust protocol support, SecureCRT supports a wide range of connections, including SSH1, SSH2, Telnet, Rlogin, Serial, and TAPI. This advanced software allows you to use scripting to automate repetitive tasks, create profiles for different servers, and store session settings.

SecureCRT prioritizes security, offering support for strong encryption such as AES-128, AES-192, AES-256, and AES-128-CTR. The software utilizes OpenSSH certificates, X.509, and smart cards, and features important security measures such as two-factor authentication and flexible authentication.

With SecureFX integration in the drag-and-drop software, file transfers via SFTP and SCP are fast and secure. SecureCRT allows simultaneous access to remote connections from multiple tabs, allowing you to configure color schemes, keybindings, font settings, and keyboard shortcuts simultaneously across multiple sessions.
