IP Messenger

IP Messenger is an instant messaging software that works on local networks (LANs) and enables instant messaging. This messaging application, based on TCP/IP protocols, allows you to instantly communicate within your office and your organization. IP Messenger is a simple LAN messaging client that runs on Windows and Mac operating systems.

IP Messenger, which allows you to communicate with other users on your local network, is a portable software that requires no installation. The software runs smoothly, notifying you when a message is received or sent. A notification appears in the bottom right corner of the screen for incoming messages. Messages sent on inactive computers are held in the background.

You can easily transfer files and folders to computers on the same network with IP Messenger. The software also supports picture messaging, allowing you to share all or part of your screen with other users. The software includes drawing tools, allowing you to edit screenshots and send them to other users.

Once you access the application, you can view a list of contacts on your network, including network groups, hostnames, and IP addresses, and you can message any user. IP Messenger, which supports multiple tabs, allows you to customize fonts and sizes.

Messages are protected with RSA/RC4 and AES256 encryption. You can encrypt your messages with a password. IP Messenger, with its simple interface, operates on local networks as a serverless messaging application. Voice and group calls cannot be made in this software like in WhatsApp.
